Professional Profile

I am a Principal Trainer, Certified Professional Image Consultant and a Certified Color Consultant, International for RinaBaha Image World from TrainingCube International Sdn Bhd - Akademi Perunding Imej Profesional, SWET Advancement Centre Sdn Bhd, Malaysia and ByFerial Training & Image Consulting, Australia. I conduct training related to Professional Grooming, Personal Grooming, Business Etiquette, Office Management and Secretarial Skills and Enrichment Programs for Children (Protocol & Etiquette for Children). I have been involved as an Image Consultant/Corporate Trainer for private individual, professional associations, government agencies, universities and with major corporate players in the country.

I have vast experience in the Office Management, Administration and Secretarial profession whereby I spent close to 20 years working with The New Straits Time Press (M) Berhad, Arab Malaysian Berhad, Park May Berhad and Faber Group Berhad.

A Diploma holder in Human Resource Management from Institute of Human Resource Management, an Executive Secretaryship diploma from Stamford College, a Professional Learning Facilitator by Take Charge Learning Facilitator System, Certified Trainer by PSMB, certified skin care product trainer from Nu Skin Malaysia and a member of Malaysian Association of Brand & Image Consultant (MABIC), Malaysia. 

  

My personal view, a good trainer needs to be motivated, possessed a good energy level and enthusiastic. Often it is hard to explain to people something that is very practical and visual so you have to mix demonstrating as well as verbal explanation. Patience is a virtue as everybody learns differently. Be fun and passionate to train individuals.

Driven by the philosophy “Image Beyond Expectations!”, I am eager to motivate, train, and transform women and man in appreciating and enhancing their image & etiquette. It is a pleasure to me helping more women and man to be confident and attractive by guiding them step by step in the wonderful world of Image.
